Summary:
Landmark Digital is seeking an experienced HRBP with 8-10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, preferably in the tech industry, GCC region, or retail tech/e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in engineering (B.Tech/BE) and business management (MBA) and possess a mix of analytical and interpersonal skills to manage complex HR processes and drive key people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as HR partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
2. Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Lead end-to-end HR processes, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition decisions, and retention strategies.
4. Partner with stakeholders to identify and solve workforce-related issues using data-driven insights.
5. Manage the delivery of key HR programs, including employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planning.
6. Drive excellence in HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Develop HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel to track key HR metrics, providing insights to drive decision-making.
Eligibility:
Education: B.Tech/BE graduate and MBA are required.
Experience: 6 -10 years of experience as an HR Manager, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role.
Industry: Prior experience in the tech-based industry is a must. Experience in GCC, retail tech, or e-commerce is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Assertive Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Logical & Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve problems with a logical approach, analyzing data to guide HR strategies in the business.
Technical Proficiency: Experienced in working with MS Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and HR analytics in the HRBP role.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders and other stakeholders.
HR Knowledge: Understanding of core HR processes, policies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
