Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities to drive data-driven insights and deliver measurable business impact. The role involves managing a small team of analysts, coordinating with multiple squads, and ensuring that insights translate into actionable product strategies.
Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or data-driven product roles in e-commerce, consumer retail, or digital platforms
  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and coordinating multiple analysts.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, user funnels, dropouts, conversions, traffic, NPS, and reviews
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Power BI, MS Excel, and experience with R/Python; knowledge of analytics platforms like SAS or Azure Data Bricks.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of presenting insights to senior leadership and technical teams
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Stay Ability to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product analysts, mentoring and guiding them on analytics best practices and insights generation.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by performing advanced multidimensional analysis across digital and e-commerce platforms.
  • Own e-commerce KPIs for assigned squads; monitor performance, report results, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Track and measure the impact of launched features, deriving incremental business value and reporting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize high-impact items on the backlog based on data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues, coordinating between business and technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B tests for product features; present results and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources to generate insights for senior leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth data workflows for squads by proactively identifying and resolving data-related impediments.
  • Preferable experience in Retail, SC & Commercial areas within industry
