Role & responsibilities:
• Support the Paid Media Analyst in creation of Paid Social strategies, and ongoing development • Build URL’s including adding tracking parameters
• Upload new campaigns and all relevant changes moving forward i.e. audience targeting, creatives
• To have an understanding of market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to the campaign(s)
• To have an understanding of client(s) demographic profiles and apply to campaign developments and optimizations.
• Work alongside the Audience & Data Insights Team and use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients/prospects target audiences and trends.
• Work alongside the client’s internal team, agency, or/and our Content team to support and manage the Social strategy. This may also include working alongside the Paid Media team when amplifying social campaigns. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media, PR and Content teams in analyzing the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals. At the very least consider audience growth, change in profile, engagement, reach, leads, and sales.
• Support the Social Strategists with organizing the campaigns, communicating with social influencers and internal communications, i.e. Creative, Content and Paid Media teams.

From an Optimization and Development perspective, you’ll be required to:
• Carry out basic optimization practices and daily checks
• Analyze and use conversion tracking data to further optimize and develop campaigns
• Support A/B tests
• Ensure day to day operations are aligned with campaign strategies and commercial goals
• Support with weekly and monthly analysis in preparation of client update meetings and calls

From a Client Interaction perspective, you’ll be required to:
• Expected to understand the client’s brand as part of the brand immersion process
• Have full transparency of daily client communication via a group client email address

Qualification & skills requirements:
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills
• Some previous experience in social marketing is essential
• You’ll be a smart, motivated and results-driven analytical individual
• You’ll be able to multitask and work well with a team, as well as being able to priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
• A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Brilliant networking skills, able to confidently develop new relationships, and connect with people
• Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities
• You’ll have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts and insights with your team and around the business
• You’ll be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and proactive
