Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud applications with other systems and services, as well as a solid understanding of the capabilities of Oracle Integration Cloud. This role involves managing the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Integration Cloud:
- Design, configure, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop integration flows, orchestration, and custom adapters to connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud-based applications with on-premise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain the integrations to improve performance and scalability.
- Oracle HCM Cloud:
- Support the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, and Performance Management).
- Configure HCM solutions to meet client requirements and streamline HR processes.
- Ensure data integrity between Oracle HCM and other integrated applications.
- Work with HR and IT teams to configure workflows, approvals, and business processes in Oracle HCM.
- Provide ongoing support, system upgrades, and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.
- Document system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare reports and dashboards based on data integrated between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer:
- Train end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and integration tools.
- Stay current with updates and new features in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts (SOAP, REST APIs, Web Services, FTP, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
- Hands-on experience in configuring integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications, particularly in HCM Cloud and Integration Cloud.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, SQL).
- Experience with tools like Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Data Integrator.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
