Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Emirati fresh graduates to join Landmark Group across various business functions. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, structured learning, and career development opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in assigned department 
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Landmark Group’s values.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
