The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster employee trust by addressing concerns and driving engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to identify and grow talent while shaping career paths.
  • Drive HR analytics using advanced Excel tools, delivering impactful insights for decision-making.
  • Champion compliance by implementing HR policies and adhering to labor laws.
  • Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and performance management to ensure excellence at every stage.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HRBP or HR generalist roles, preferably in tech or digital environments.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HR tools and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
  • Mindset: Analytical thinker, strong communicator, and a proactive problem-solver.
